Christina Bayley is a trademark specialist at Hogan Lovells US LLP in McLean, VA.  She provides assistance with trademark availability searches, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, service marks, and certification marks worldwide.  Ms. Bayley also handles copyright applications in the United States, domain name renewals, and initial opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  

Ms. Bayley received her paralegal certificate in 2001 from Northern Virginia Community College.  In 2011, she received her Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in International Studies, Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College.  Ms. Bayley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Global Business and Public Policy at University of Maryland University College.
