Getting Involved
The stability and strength that has sustained NCAPA since 1974 is possible in large part to the generosity of its members. Members willing to contribute their time and skills are the heart of this organization and the driving force behind its continued success. All members are encouraged to get involved and take advantage of NCAPA's wonderful volunteer opportunities which enable the organization to continue serving its membership at the highest level. There are many opportunities for you to give back to your professional association, from volunteering in a leadership position to donating your time to one of NCAPA's many events throughout the year. In addition, NCAPA offers wonderful opportunities to its membership to volunteer with exciting pro bono causes. Leadership Opportunities

NCAPA is always looking for members to volunteer assistance with its many exciting activities throughout the year as well as to provide assistance in other support roles. NCAPA members are encouraged to participate in Pro Bono work and other volunteer opportunites in the Washington metropolitan area. Any NCAPA member who dedicates 24 hours or more a year towards volunteer legal services is recognized by both NCAPA and NFPA. Fundraising
NCAPA is a not-for-profit association dependent upon membership dues, sponsorships, and general fundraising in order to provide services and benefits to its members.
