-
Trade Secrets
The seminar will discuss each field of intellectual property, discuss how rights are acquired, what may be protected, the role of agencies such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office, the process of registering trademarks and copyrights and applying for patents, maintaining rights in intellectual property, infringement of intellectual property, and new developments in each field.
