Etiquette in business situations plays a subtle but critical role. Missteps in a business setting can impair your credibility and professionalism and cause others to question your suitability for your job. An unintentional breach of manners or protocol will reflect poorly on you. With four generations together in the workforce, and an increased informality in our fast-paced and wired society, employees bring different expectations and experiences to the workplace. Knowing some basics of business etiquette will give you the poise and confidence to navigate difficult business situations.
This two-hour seminar covers a variety of business etiquette topics, from meeting and greeting, to civility in the workplace, to dining dilemmas, to courteous communications, to how to apologize. This seminar will show you why manners matter so you can shine in any business setting.
