An introduction to Electronic Discovery looks at the ever-changing field of eDiscovery, and how it has changed litigation. In this seminar, you will learn about the terminology and what to look for when dealing with Electronically Stored Information (ESI). You will also learn some questions to ask if you are new to field of eDiscovery and get some helpful tips on on-line document review.



Mr. Alscher has more than 21 years of experience in litigation support and electronic data discovery, with vast experience in multi-billion-dollar intellectual property, securities and
environmental litigation cases. Over the years, he has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention policies, data collections
and large scale document productions. He currently heads up the Electronic Data Discovery and consulting services for the Southeast Region Florida of IST Management Services, Inc.
